Please use this thread to coordinate meetups with other members. It is HIGHLY recommended that people do not post specific meetup information on the thread. We can't keep trolls and haters from browsing the forum, and in the past, fans from other fandoms have had unpleasant run-ins with hater-types. Use PMs to solidify plans, but you can use this thread to find out who is attending a concert that you are attending.

Provided I can get the time off work, I'm thinking of going all out - Toronto, NY (Nokia), possibly Foxwoods, and then the Borgata.

I just found a cheap ticket to Milwaukee during the week of the Riverside concert. It's a web deal that expires in a few days, so I'm probably just gonna buy it and hope, hope, hope that I can get a ticket to the concert. I had already planned a trip to Madison this summer, so it's not a wasted trip if I can't get a concert ticket (but it will be a much sadder trip :(. ).

I can't tell much from the Riverside site. Does anyone know if this venue is assigned seating, SRO, GA?

Right now the plan is two -- Milwaukee and Hammond -- with possibly one more.

Well I got lazy because I don't want to drive to Starland and Borgata and only able to get tickets to Nokia June 22nd show. Musikfest is still up in the air.

Hi MadTex: I cannot tell if its SRO/GA at Riverside. I have tried calling and emailing to no avail. I also wanted to ask them if I should go in person to the box office. I will try again to get in touch, but don't really know what to do. I also have a friend or two who want to come (but are not as passionate as I am--hard to do I know), but I don't know if I should offer to do the buying for them since I might be better off just seeking a single ticket.....I will let you know if I find anything out.

Thanks. I've tried calling, too. I was thinking of trying to buy 2 tickets in case friend I'm staying with wants to come along (and I don't want to be rude), but I'm starting to think I'll have better luck buying a sbingle seat.

Does anybody understand StubHub? They're part of TM, right? This whole ticket purchasing setup just seems barely legal to me. I know the history of lawsuits against TM, but it just infuriates me.

Tickets for Starland and both Nokia shows. I feel like the luckiest bench in the universe.

ohbrother, I'm almost embarrassed by how lucky I was in the TicketBastard lottery. There was a little secret for Starland, which was pre-registering with the venue, but for the Nokia concert I just hit refresh and prayed. Didn't play the ponies - it was such a beautiful day that I walked around the city grinning from ear to ear at my good fortune. Have you had any luck, or is it not your moment yet?

Oh, I guess I forgot the praying part. lol.

I got one for Borgata which is not my first choice as it would mean a weekend overnight ($$). So, I may just suck it up at Stubhub for Nokia ($20 bus ride, stay with friends). There's a rumor that there will be a show here in DC. Fingers crossed.

MadTex, I think I am also going to tell my friends to buy their own tickets and just go for a single now that I know it is not General Admission. I am going to try my luck with a phone call again this afternoon. If they tell me that it is a good idea to go in person on Wednesday, I will. I can give you my cell number and perhaps you can call me that day to buy you a ticket if you don't have luck online....I really don't have a clue how this is all going to pan out!

ETA: are you an emember? I just got the presale code.....

Well, CRAP!! The presale for Riverside is at noon Wednesday, and I will be in a meeting from 11-1 with no internet access. It's an important meeting with just a few people, so I can't even sneak access on my iphone. And, I already booked my flight for Madison (no loss. I was going to go anyway. but it sucks knowing I'll be there unable to go.) I suppose I could ask my brother to try to get a ticket for, as he's home during that time, but I don't put a lot of faith in him for stuff like this.

ETA: Susan, in my haste, I didn't even read your post before posting mine. Is the presale online only or also at the box office? Are you thinking of standing in line at the box office for the general ticket sale if you can't get a ticket at the presale? I'm finding this entire ticket buying thing very confusing! I think I need an advance degree in ticket procurement (I do not remember this offered at UW!) or perhaps intense experience in a previous fandom! If you go to the box office for the presale, I would certainly LOVE if you're able to get one for me, too. But, only if you're able to get a ticket for yourself first. It's really sweet of you to offer! (even if I'm able to get one online, I'm sure I can make use out of second ticket) We can continue this in PMs if you want.

Yay Milwaukee!!!! I"m so glad you'll be there too Glammax :-) Were you able to get tickets for Hammond too? I am going to follow the secondary sources for that one since I couldn't be in two places at once today. I'm going to pencil Rockford into my calendar as well.....I haven't checked, do we know sale dates for that one yet?

Susan L, could not get Hammond tickets today. I did not want GA and this is all there was -- for me at least. But there is another presale for Amex card holders and casino email list tomorrow. I should be getting an email with a code in the morning, but the casino twitter put the code out a day early. I think the code for tomorrow will be: horseshoe. I'll post when I know for sure.

As far as Rockford ...thinking about, but don't know yet. Not crazy about the festival type venue, and I'm not sure I can take time off work then. But seeing Adam towards the end of the tour would be fabulous. He is not showing up on the festival as performing yet, so who knows when tickets will go on sale.

Glammax, I didn't realize there were any reserved seats at Hammond...hmmmm. If I go to that one, it will most likely be by myself. The Rockford concert is just after I take my son to college on the east coast. I might be in enough financial shock that I can't justify another show! We shall see....

Susan L. -- the second pre sale for Hammond is just about to start and I'm hoping for mid section (section 204 or 203, 205) in the mezz area row A or B. I'm pretty sure the code is Horseshoe but I'm not sure if it case sensitive. I have a ticketmaster account so this should go faster than yesterday. I timed out of a ticket purchase at Milwaukee ...good thing MyJacket and I were doing this together because she got the two singles we ended up with.

I have a friend who lives in Whiting, IN and they go there often and she said it is crazy on concert days ...I said good because Adam likes it crazy LOL. She has NEVER known them to do GA/SRO down in front. A little gambling, dinner, and some Adam/band stalking will make the day epic.

Crazy in what way Glammax? Do you think camping will be in order? :-) Maybe if I wear my spiked leather jacket and shin guards, I can get through the crowd to the front.

Spikes would be great! Camping not so much. I was thinking crazy in the Glamberty kind of way. Who am I to talk ...I want to hang out all day and stalk Adam and the band.

I'm going to Foxwoods. Does anyone know of a good meeting place there for MUPpets? I think it would be fun to meet before the show. Let me know by PM and I'll try to coordinate something.
